2023
We ran a highly successful Luxury Hotel Consultancy program over several weeks for one of Bali’s most luxurious 5-star hotels.
Conducted digital media training for 45 people over 4 days in a luxury five star hotel in Bali.
Worked with Alila Uluwatu Bali over several months to implement a bespoke program for line staff.
Ran a bespoke luxury program for line staff and department heads at a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in South East Asia.
Worked with Oberoi Lombok to create a bespoke Human Resources training program over several days.
2022
Jake Down was the Australian Champion for Bombay Sapphire Stir Creativity Competing against 300 competitors around Australia , to take out the grand final and Australian Champion.
2019
Set up data collection of daily, monthly & yearly waste, harvest and production reports as well as savings and revenue reports.
A waste to gift curatorship: Alila Villas Uluwatu Sustainability Lab was created in 2019 and has diverted more than 30 tons of waste from going to landfill, while creating jobs and generating revenue.
